We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability for your event date. For weddings and other large events, reserving 6–12 months in advance is recommended, especially for popular weekend dates. For corporate events, community events, birthdays, graduations, showers, and other celebrations, we recommend booking at least 4–8 weeks in advance when possible.Planning something sooner? Last-minute bookings are always welcome based on availability, so don’t hesitate to check with us even if your event is only a few days or weeks away.

Customers can email poseandgorentals@gmail.com and/or by calling/text 414-233-1366 to submit a booking request. We will confirm our availability as soon as possible. Submitting a booking request does not reserve your date. Your event is confirmed once availability has been verified. Once verified, customer signs the rental agreement and pays the required deposit/payment through Square.

All payments are processed through Square using the invoice or payment link provided by Pose & Go. Pose & Go is not required to deliver or set up equipment if the account has an unpaid balance.

A 50% non-refundable reservation payment is due when the rental agreement is signed. The reservation is not confirmed until the agreement is signed and the reservation payment is successfully processed through Square. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 7 calendar days before the event. The client may instead pay the full contract amount at the time of booking.The non-refundable reservation payment compensates Pose & Go for reserving the event date/time, administrative preparation and turning away other potential bookings for that period. It is not intended as a penalty.
